How to get a Lily to rebloom

Hey, Mrs. Anna it's Krystal Schmidt that used to work for you.  How is everyone?  Anyway, I knew this was the place to go with my question.  I don't know the exact name of this lily, but it's not re-blooming.  I have pinched it back and it acts like it wants to bloom but just keeps making theese balls like roses do if you don't prune them.  Can you give my any suggestions to get it to bloom again? Thanks.biggrin

Great to hear from you Krystal! If your lily has already bloomed this season, then it is finished until next year. The little balls say to me that it already has, that is the remains of the last blooms. Fertilize with a bulb food (Espoma) and replant in your garden or in a larger pot for next year. It is a seasonal thing that would be best thought of as an "accent" smile.gif If it has just not bloomed for you this year consider its water, fertilizer, and light. All of those directly affect the ability of a plant to re-bloom.

Thanks Anna!! It has already bloomed, I just thought that it would continue throughout the season. Thanks again for your help.
